December 8, 2021. Halo is a military science fiction media franchise, originally created and developed by Bungie and currently managed and developed by 343 Industries, part of Microsoft 's Xbox Game Studios. The series launched in 2001 with the first-person shooter video game Halo: Combat Evolved and its tie-in novel, The Fall of Reach.
Full disclosure: I was hyped for, and downloaded on day one, Halo Infinite. Played for an hour before I remembered "dude, you don't even like Halo." I've tried every mainline Halo game thinking "maybe this is the one." To no avail. I recognize and validate the merits of Halo. And if you love Halo, I'm happy for you. But is there anyone who agrees?
Pausing the video next time seems like a sensible work around. This is a video highlighting differences between the original and definitive edition of Halo Wars. I think it provides a unique perspective which is hard to gain flipping between games. If you have questions ask away!

Halo 3 doesn't get a full-on remaster like its predecessors in the Master Chief Collection, but similar to the other PC ports you can push out the draw distance of static and dynamic world objects
Hands down Gears. Halo Ce->Halo 3 (including reach and odst) are beautiful. But when 4 and 5 come into play the innovation story wise I personally did not feel when compare from the transition between Gears 4->5 where we had open areas and the inclusion of Jack solidified the gameplay issues that were present in a more focused intent of diversity regarding the use of weapons (Jack).
